The Brand Lovely is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. You should test the products first, on a small area before using any new product for the first time. Should you develop any symptoms or allergic reactions, discontinue use immediately. We are not responsible if such a reaction should occur as a result of any consumer using our products. In the case of pregnancy please consult with your health care professional. All products are for external use only. The Brand Lovely accepts no liability in the unlikely event of an adverse reaction occurring when using one of its products.

Salon Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Salon Referral Program (“Program”) is designed to reward approved salon owners (“Referrers”) for introducing new salon customers (“Referred Salons”) to our wholesale product line.

By participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Participation is limited to approved salon owners with active wholesale accounts.

  • We reserve the right to approve or deny participation at our sole discretion.

  • The Program is intended for business-to-business referrals only (salon to salon).

3. Qualified Referrals

A referral is considered “qualified” when:

  • The Referred Salon is a new customer (not previously registered or purchased)

  • The Referred Salon uses the Referrer’s unique referral link or code

  • The Referred Salon completes a paid order

  • The order meets any applicable minimum purchase requirement (if enforced)

We reserve the right to determine referral eligibility in cases of dispute.

4. Referral Rewards

Ongoing Commission

  • Referrers will earn a percentage of each qualified order placed by their Referred Salons.

  • Commission rates are structured as follows:

    • 1–3 active referrals: 10%

    • 4–7 active referrals: 12%

    • 8+ active referrals: 15%

  • Commissions are calculated based on the order subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and refunds.

Store Credit

  • All commissions are paid as store credit only.

  • Store credit:

    • Has no cash value

    • Cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash

    • Can only be used toward purchases within our store

5. Active Referral Requirement

To qualify for ongoing commissions:

  • A Referred Salon must remain active, defined as placing at least one order within a rolling 30–60-day period.

  • If a Referred Salon becomes inactive, commissions will pause until purchasing resumes.

6. Fast Start Bonus (If Applicable)

  • Referrers may be eligible for limited-time bonus rewards for referrals made within their first 30 days.

  • Bonus eligibility, amounts, and timing are determined at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Tracking & Attribution

  • Referrals are tracked using unique referral links and/or discount codes.

  • The last valid referral method used prior to purchase will determine attribution.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Lost or overwritten tracking

    • Incorrect or missing referral codes

    • Manual adjustments unless deemed appropriate by us

8. Payment Timing

  • Commissions are typically issued after:

    • The referred order is marked as paid and fulfilled

    • Any applicable return or cancellation period has passed

  • Store credit will be issued on a rolling or periodic basis (e.g., weekly or monthly).

9. Prohibited Activities

Referrers may not:

  • Refer themselves or create duplicate accounts

  • Use misleading, deceptive, or spam-based promotion methods

  • Advertise on behalf of the brand using paid ads without permission

  • Misrepresent pricing, product claims, or brand affiliation

Violation of these terms may result in:

  • Loss of commissions

  • Removal from the Program

  • Account suspension or termination

10. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify commission rates, tiers, or requirements

  • Change or discontinue any part of the Program

  • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend participation in the Program at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Inactive accounts

  • Behavior deemed harmful to the brand

Upon termination:

  • Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Tracking errors or system interruptions

  • Loss of referral opportunities due to technical issues

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of
